Community Juice Bar
SuperCharge! Foods is a micro-green production, juice bar, and community space in Madison, WI. The owners gutted and remodeled a single-story commercial building by converting two tenant spaces into one. The production room generates up to ten times more growing volume than their previous space, utilizing vertical shelf towers. The 3,000sf interior remodel and exterior site improvements with native plantings and water run-off management, has beautified this neighborhood corner, serving as a community hub on Madison’s East side.

“In 2014, SuperCharge! Foods was remodeling an old tattoo shop and retail space to become our first brick-and-mortar urban farm. Our original architect struggled with meeting our goals and designing things to code. We brought Anna in to help us across the finish line, she was truly a light in the darkness, communicating and coordinating with all parties to a successful conclusion.
She worked with us to create a beautiful community space, juice bar, and cafe, while highlighting our grow room as the heart of the operation. Without her efforts, I am not sure we would have been able to complete the project. She is professional, thoughtful, and a skilled communicator. Anna helped us troubleshoot our past missteps and translated our abstract ideas into designs that resulted in a beautifully designed space.”
